Describe and Sim Search Confusion

I tried to use keywords and the url. That’s why I wrote the keywords into the describe and the url into the sim search. This approach does not work obviously but people might have the same thougt as me to use it that way. Maybe we can add the additional filters like keywords more prominent or notify the customer that just sim search or describe work not both
